How it works
10 Hours = Free Weekend Pass
What you'll do
- Monitor event room doors
- Check people in at registration
- Assist with setup and teardown
- Help with special event set up and tear down
What you get
Work 10 hours and your full weekend pass is covered. We do our best to accommodate your preferred hours so you can still enjoy the event festivities that are high priorities for you — though some compromise may be necessary.
Application
How to Apply
Slots are available on a first come, first served basis. Applications open May 4, 2026 Slots are available on a first come, first served basis. Our Work Exchange Coordinator begins scheduling late in June — the process takes several weeks. The timestamp of your application determines your place in the scheduling queue.
To help keep scheduling smooth, update your application as your plans firm up.
Important — do not buy your pass early
If you have applied for Work Exchange, please do NOT purchase your pass before hearing from our Work Exchange Coordinator. We can see who signed up prior to any price increase and will honor the lower price for you.
